James’s career spanned over 40 years in the Oil business for Shell, BP and Coastal States. He spent 16 years in Trading, including Team Leader of Middle distillates and Brent crude Trader on the North Sea bench for BP. He also headed a team seeking and selecting new trading talent.
After leaving BP he was engaged by Smart Global as a Technical Consultant running some of their Trader Training Courses.
